Appointments are in the afternoon or evening, Monday through Friday.
This is a ministry so the cost is low (see below).
Payment can be made by cash, check, or card at the appointment.
The office is at 610 Hubbard Ave., Suite 226A, Coeur d’Alene, Idaho.
